Why your neck hurts

Screens don't cause neck pain. Staying still does.

Hours in one position leave the muscles along your cervical spine locked short and starved of circulation. Stretching helps for a minute. Then it comes straight back.

Without it

  • That 3pm stiffness that never fully leaves
  • Booking a massage you cancel anyway
  • Bulky neck devices that stay in a drawer
  • Painkillers for something that isn't an illness
  • Waking up already tight

With it

  • 10 minutes, twice a day, wherever you are
  • Pulse + warmth working together, not separately
  • 58g — lighter than your phone, worn like a pendant
  • Nine intensity levels, from barely-there to deep
  • Heats to your setting in about 5 seconds

Designed around one problem

Built to be used every single day

Most recovery tools fail because they're inconvenient. This one is small enough that you'll actually reach for it.

Nine intensity levels
01

Nine intensity levels

Gear 1–3 for daily maintenance, 4–6 for the stiffness that builds through the week, 7–9 when it's genuinely stubborn. One button, no menus.

Three heat settings
02

Three heat settings

42°C, 47°C or 52°C, held at a constant temperature for the whole session and reached in roughly five seconds.

Light enough to forget
03

Light enough to forget

58 grams and 55mm across. It sits in a pocket or a bag pouch and comes out at your desk without ceremony.

Warmth that holds, not warmth that fades.

Three-gear constant temperature

Warmth that holds, not warmth that fades.

Most heated devices spike, then cool. A constant-temperature element holds your chosen setting — 42°C, 47°C or 52°C — for the entire session, reaching temperature in roughly five seconds.

Pair it with the pulse function and the two work together: warmth to soften, pulse to release.

What's inside

Four things doing the work.

No gimmicks and no filler features — just the components that actually change how your neck feels.

Core
TENS pulse electrodes
Low-frequency pulses through dual contact pads, encouraging the muscle to contract and release instead of staying locked short.
Comfort
Constant-temperature element
Holds 42°C, 47°C or 52°C rather than spiking and fading, so warmth stays even from minute one to minute ten.
Control
Nine-gear LED display
A single readable digit tells you exactly where you are. Press + or − to move a gear — nothing to unlock or configure.
Form
Pendant architecture
The control body hangs at the front while the pads sit at the back of the neck. No headband, no clamping pressure, nothing pressing into your skull.

The 14-day reset

What two weeks of daily use feels like

Ten minutes in the morning, ten in the evening. Here's what most people report along the way.

Day 1
Day 1
Day 3
Day 3
Day 7
Day 7
Day 14
Day 14
Day 1
First session

Warmth arrives in about five seconds. Most people start around gear 2 and find the pulse unfamiliar for a minute, then relaxing.

Day 3
It becomes a habit

Ten minutes after work stops feeling like a task. Most people move up to gear 4 or 5 by now.

Day 7
Mornings change first

The tightness you usually wake up with is the thing people mention noticing first.

Day 14
Part of the routine

Twice a day, barely thought about — the same way you'd stretch or make coffee.

Individual experience varies. This is a personal wellness device, not a medical device, and it is not intended to diagnose, treat or cure any condition. Consult a doctor before use if you are pregnant, have a pacemaker or other implanted electronic device, or have a diagnosed cervical spine condition.

From people who sit all day

2,400+ five-star reviews

Developers, designers, drivers, students, new parents — anyone who spends too long in one position.

I've bought three of these — one for my desk, one for the car, one for my mum. It's the only recovery thing I've kept using past week two.

Twelve-hour shifts and a bad pillow. I use it on gear 6 while I read at night and my shoulders drop about two inches.

Sceptical about anything that ships in a small box. This one earns the space in my bag — the heat alone would be worth it.

On in ten seconds. Off in ten minutes.

How to use

On in ten seconds. Off in ten minutes.

1
Place it

Rest the pads on either side of your neck, just below the hairline. The pendant hangs at the front — no straps to adjust.

2
Choose your gear

Press + or − until the display reads where you want it. Start low the first few times; you can always go up.

3
Add heat

Tap the heat button once, twice or three times for your temperature. It reaches the setting in about five seconds.

4
Ten minutes, then done

It shuts off on its own. Sit still, or keep working — either is fine.

Give your neck ten minutes.

Try it for 30 days

Give your neck ten minutes.

Questions, answered

How long is each session?

Ten minutes, then it shuts off automatically. Two sessions a day is what most people settle into.

Does the pulse hurt?

No. At low gears it's a light tapping sensation. Higher gears feel stronger and more rhythmic, but you control it with one button and can drop back down at any time.

How do I charge it?

USB-C. A full charge takes around two hours and covers roughly 15 sessions.

Who shouldn't use it?

This is a personal wellness device, not a medical device. Don't use it if you have a pacemaker or another implanted electronic device. If you're pregnant, have a diagnosed cervical spine condition, or are recovering from a neck injury, talk to your doctor before using it.

What if it isn't for me?

Send it back within 30 days for a full refund. No photos, no forms.
